  • Shower leaking dripping on floor on my head while peeing. Had to use all towels to sop up water. 8
  • On top of that the air conditioning vent was dripping all night onto the sink, the countertop, into our toiletries/medicines and created a huge puddle all over the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. 8

  • Smell was to strong with bleach ,wasn't a coffee pot in room ,charged $15.00 per day for parking, got locked in restroom, beds was full of sand under top sheet, did not have a good breakfast , no soap or shampoo in the room. 8
  • There were many more issues such as bathrooms not having toilet paper, no swim towels out, breakfast food being out and the staff unable to keep up with the number of guests, breakfast staff touching the spoons with barehands, dropping on the counter where food had spilled and then placing the spoons back on the plate for guests to use, and more. 8

  • Staff at front desk didn't know what they were doing. Probably why I was overcharged. They had my name and number both wrong on top of 300+ in fraudulent charges. 8
