  • Start your day right with a delicious complimentary breakfast before exploring all that Miami has to offer. 8
  • Home2 and Tru kinda sit in the middle of them if that makes sense? They're kinda newer brands, so they tend to be in nicer shape with more modernized and cleaner LOOKING rooms (old rooms are dingy, sorry), but like Hampton they only offer complimentary breakfast and a market in the way of food. 5

  • Clean rooms, good location in the Design District. 13
  • Looks like it has not been updated sine 2011 - is that correct? We stayed at this hotel in early March. I'll second the good reviews. We really enjoyed the hotel and the neighborhood. 3

  • I like Home2 Suites for travel with family, but I actually think it's intended to be more a budget option than Hampton Inn. The extra space is good and they tend to be newer so sometimes the rate will be higher. 5
  • Location was good and they have a shuttle to the port. There was some sort of event going on in the area so pricing at that time was very high. Luckily we had booked early otherwise price would not have been worth it. 13

Service12 mentions
  • From the moment we arrived, his amazing customer service stood out. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions with a friendly smile. Erick went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making us feel truly valued as guests. 13
  • The vibe is inconsistent, convenient, standard hotel, friendly staff. 11
  • Special shoutout to Rodney Mathias at the front desk- he helped me print some important documents when I really needed it and handled everything with such kindness and efficiency. 13
  • Consistently clean, decent service, free "breakfast" which may or may not be to your tastes. We've only had one bad Hampton experience out of literally hundreds of stays - Laramie, Wyoming. It was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. 5
  • The staff was super friendly and accommodating. 13
  • [na-delete] • 3 taon ang nakalipas We stay at Hamptons a lot - especially on road trips in the USA. There are also two Hamptons in NYC where we stay every time we are there. Consistently clean, decent service, free "breakfast" which may or may not be to your tastes. 5
  • Staff was friendly and helpful. 13

  • When I returned I opened the door and an envelope was slipped under the door with a card in it and it said something to the effect of "we hope and pray that your father makes a speedy recovery..." along with a gift card. From that moment on I became mostly loyal to Hilton as I felt that a lot of the staff cared more than they did at Marriott during the time I was really traveling. 5
  • I am writing this from the hotel. Rooms are very nice. 3
  • The free breakfast was perfectly fine and had the usual items on a free breakfast. Our biggest issue was the rooms. The beds were clean but there were quite a lot of dirty spots throughout the room. Spots that should be fairly easy to clean. It was kind of gross. 13
  • Eric at the front desk truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about great restaurants and shops in the area and took the time to share helpful information about hotel perks like breakfast and shuttle services. • Location was good and they have a shuttle to the port. 13

  • If we really wanted to label it Hampton is more budget friendly, you get free breakfast and aside from the market that is your only food amenity. Typically very basic (usually outdated) rooms 5
  • Start your day right with a delicious complimentary breakfast before exploring all that Miami has to offer. 8
  • Hampton Inn has a nice breakfast. It is not on the same par with say Embassy Suites so there will not be cooked to order omelets but there will be hot and cold items including scrambled eggs, sasuage and waffles and cereals, breads, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, fruit and the like. 3
  • I just got tired of the below average coffee and choices for breakfast and have switched to HGI or other nicer Hilton's. 5
  • The free breakfast was perfectly fine and had the usual items on a free breakfast. 13
  • I stayed in Hamptons about once a month for a couple years - clean, comfortable and cheap (but I agree they vary somewhat). I just got tired of the below average coffee and choices for breakfast and have switched to HGI or other nicer Hilton's. 5
