  • Stayed at the Doubletree GH Biscayne Bay pre-cruise twice this year. Love the location; nice large room and bath, mini refrig & microwave and great views! 7
  • The bathroom area was separated into two spaces. A door separated a room with a shower and toilet with a mirror over the sink from another area where there was another sink and mirror. This is very handy when there is several people in the room. 9
  • and then as you come through you have the toilet the pet and really nice marble and tile shower with the hand wand and then of course you have a second sink here it just gives you a little more room On camera21:37

  • Comfy bed, great balcony with wonderful views. 5
  • The location was great with a Publix nearby. We had a corner room, huge balcony with a great view. 5
  • Avoid shuttles unless you have a big group traveling together. We stayed 2 nights last Feb. It was a nice hotel, our room was very big, bed was comfortable, & had a nice view of the bay. 17
  • Stayed at Doubletree in January. Our room was bayfront and very large. We had a view of the ships in port. It was very clean. 5
  • so you come in beautiful room we got the temperature control right there a great window a couple of mirrors and a desk to look at see a wonderful view of the bay 2

  • I was very pleased with the size of the room. We have 2 teens, 16 and 13 and the room was very spacious, not at all crowded, even with our 6 bags and 3 carry-ons in the room. 9
  • My sliding balcony door wouldn't close/latch, and the safe didn't work. By the time I realized, it was almost midnight so I didn't try to change anything. 16
  • We stayed 2 nights at Doubletree in February 2018. Our room was very nice & comfortable. 5
  • The room was decorated very tastefully. 9
  • We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in July and loved it. Our room was lovely, not dated. 5
  • *Asked to move rooms, they tried to give us a damp, musky room with bugs 16
  • Speaking of views, staying on the upper floors guarantees you no shortage of amazing views. The Doubletree Grand has around 80% of rooms with a water view. We enjoyed stunning sunrises and sunsets right from our balcony that extended from the living room to the guest and master bedrooms. 1

  • The restaurants and market came in handy for us. The service was great. 9
  • Stayed at the Doubletree GH Biscayne Bay pre-cruise twice this year. Love the location; nice large room and bath, mini refrig & microwave and great views! Offers a convenient shuttle several times a day to POM for only $10 pp. 7
  • We arrived about 8:00 p.m. There were two bellman standing outside of the entrance. They were very pleasant and helpful. 9
  • The person at the counter offered us an upgrade for $20 for a bay view room which we happily took to see the view of the MSC Divina that I will be boarding the next day. Overall service was really efficient and friendly and we got our room in no time. 3
  • Really the only people that were friendly were the valet people who greeted everyone and chatted with them as they entered the hotel. 3
  • Service at the roof bar was hit or miss and many times it wasn't even open at times it was posted. They finished large remodel which is good because the rooms had been showing their age. 3
  • You then take a left to get to the check in desk. There were 3 ladies at the desk helping guests. Check in was quick and easy. 9
  • The hot tubs were great though. We stayed at the Marriott and it was very nice, rooms were clean and service was good. 5
  • Hotel service was very good. 5
  • Service at the roof bar was hit or miss and many times it wasn't even open at times it was posted. 3
  • The service was more professional than welcoming or friendly, which is good but it would've been better if they interacted with us more. 3

  • And of course, you cannot forget about the breakfast. There is nothing quite like starting your Miami morning with a delicious, high-quality spread before you head out to explore. 8
  • You never feel like you are leaving the hotel and I was surprised to realize the Marriott was on the otherside. There are several eateries in the hotel, no chain restaurants, just 3 or four small hotel style restaurants. We had breakfast at one of them the next morning and it was great. 9
  • I didn't eat at the restaurant on property since I didn't like their options, and instead went to Rishtedar in the night somewhere away from the hotel. 3
  • Dining: I didn't eat at the restaurant on property since I didn't like their options, and instead went to Rishtedar in the night somewhere away from the hotel. However the marketplace which I believe served Starbucks coffee had delicious breakfast bites. 3
  • Primo's is an authentic Italian restaurant with handmade Pasta dishes to die for. Here, my husband and I enjoyed the Meatball Appetizer and best Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp that we have ever had in our lives. 1
  • we actually hosted our ice breaker dinner at Primos which is one of the restaurants at the hotel the food was fantastic the atmosphere was Lively the service was amazing and it was a perfect spot to kick off our group cruise on Virgin voyages On camera145:27

  • The view of the port was amazing, especially in the morning, but in the night the Virgin terminal lit up the sky. 3
  • One of the first things we did was to go out on the balcony. There was a beautiful nighttime view of the bay. We overlooked a small marina and could see the lights on Miami beach. It was gorgeous!! 9
  • and if you're taking a cruise you'll be able to see the cruise ships it's pretty cloudy today but they're all right there and it's a beautiful view of Miami On camera23:05
