  • And speaking of the room, it was SO spacious! We actually ended up in an executive suite. This was so great with having young kids that go to bed much earlier than Mom & Dad! 5
  • It's always fun staying in a hotel room and the boys certainly enjoy all the space! We made sure to have some down time, just enjoying the Westin Signature Heavenly Beds. My favorite was all the awesome pillows!!! Heaven indeed! 5

  • ⭐ "Perfect location near shopping, restaurants, and golf" 21
  • The Villas are in a great location especially for golf enthusiasts. 21
  • Simply put. This place is great. Small, yet everything you would want is there. Great location, great staff. 21
  • The resort's location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions. The OdySea Aquarium, with its unique experiences like SeaTrek Helmet Diving and a shark tour, is just a short drive away. The Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are right next door, you'll have plenty of shopping and dining options. 16
  • Great neighborhood in Scottsdale with wonderful restaurants nearby 21
  • Not only is the resort located right across the street from one of my favorite shopping spots in town (Kierland Commons), but the grounds are fabulous! 5
  • The Westin Kierland Villas presents a fantastic vacation destination for your entire family. Experience this resort's ideal location in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona. 4
  • Great location - near lots of restaurants, sites, etc. 21
  • This is a convenient location for both business and leisure travelers, as there is plenty of shopping and dining at the nearby Kierland Commons, including The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Changs, and Morton's, The Steakhouse. 14
  • If you want a quieter location, B6 and B7 are likely to be the best choice. B4 might be the worst as it is located next to the clack clack clack of the pickleball court. 4
  • Thank you Westin Kierland Scottsdale for a great welcome, a beautiful upgrade, and a lovely stay! What a fantastic location, amenities and staff. 8
  • Excellent property and location to stay for an exciting week of the 2023 Super Bowl, and Phoenix Open. 21

  • Service was excellent, particularly when the hotel had to resolve our connecting-room issue. 1
  • Location is FABULOUS! Clean large rooms! Delish food & drinks at pool. Helpful staff. 21
  • The staff was friendly and all worked to make you feel welcome. 17
  • Checkout was a struggle, as we asked for the standard 4:00pm, but they only were able to guarantee 12:30 the night before. They did extend it to 2:00 the next morning, without issue. 10
  • The rooms are super comfy with their signature Heavenly Beds and all the amenities you could ask for, including pet-friendly options and high-speed internet. 16
  • ⭐ "Staff was friendly and everything was well maintained" 21
  • The service touches were unparalleled. In fact, we can boldly proclaim that no large resort, including all of our visited Arizona AAA Five-Diamond resorts, matched the level of service we found at this resort. 15
  • Attentive food and drinks service; better-than-average fare 9
  • i think i would say that really every customer service employee we met at the resort was very friendly and helpful On camera611:36
  • The staff was friendly and all worked to make you feel welcome. This is a course to play but had to wait for cheaper play as it is on the pricier side. 17
  • Great course, layout, staff. 17
  • Staff is always willing to accommodate. 21
  • Westin Kierland Villas is a fabulous resort. Staff are always friendly and helpful. 21
  • Simply put. This place is great. Small, yet everything you would want is there. Great location, great staff. 21
  • they do have pool towels available poolside but they tend to kind of run a little low they have a big thing here and then a couple other areas where you can get towels but those other areas seem to run low and there's a little Hut that's over here it's the only one that usually has towels in them by mid-afternoon they don't seem to always fill those other ones very often On camera225:00
  • Thank you Westin Kierland Scottsdale for a great welcome, a beautiful upgrade, and a lovely stay! What a fantastic location, amenities and staff. 8
  • But it was the Kierland's friendly staff that made a stay here memorable for most visitors. 12
  • a message from the concierge desk telling us that we had a welcome packet and to come and visit and we finally went and talked to them and they were really informative they didn't try to sell us anything 6
  • The staff and resort facilities are top notch. 21
  • Love this club! Beautiful course with great staff. I highly recommend this course. 17
  • Instead of leaving us to deal with the inconvenience, the staff moved us to connecting rooms on a higher floor and gave us a credit. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and this was a good example of it. 1
  • The concierge was top notch, having connections to several Quarter restaurants, although I found the either the service or value lacking in his recommendations. 10
  • The staff is top notch and everything is first class. 21
  • Excellent shuttle service to nearby Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, however one time it was very slow in arriving. 10
  • the service in both pool areas was very good servers were consistently checking On camera611:23
  • Friendly and attentive; a cut above typical Westin service standards 9
  • Thankfully though, the restaurant was actually VERY family friendly. They did great with the boys and thought of things before I even had to ask (like bringing special plastic cups with lids). 5
  • Overall, we felt "duped" by the whole thing, and decided not to purchase. We liked it so much that we bought a timeshare ! The staff was outstanding and the grounds were impeccable 21
  • the service from the walton weiser covered this entire area and they were very attentive and friendly On camera65:25
  • But how does it satisfy so many guests? Routinely fun, friendly service and a bit of Scotch-Arizona character -- bagpipes at sunset, for instance. 9
  • Unfortunately, that enthusiasm completely disappeared upon arrival. We were greeted with a cold, transactional attitude-basically: pay your tee time, keep pace, and don't expect much else. No welcome, no energy, just a warning. 17
  • On the good side, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. 21
  • During peak travel times housekeeping can be a bit slow; a room might not be cleaned by 3 p.m. 9
  • No premier checkin that day - which was blamed on the daily demand. Made no sense to me, as premier checkin doesn't mean you stop checking in regular people. Making me wait, despite status, is annoying. 10
  • This is our favorite resort in Scottsdale! It is clean, comfortable, has pools and a lazy river. It has a convenience store on site, shuttle to dining and shopping at Scottsdale's Fashion Square with luxury shopping and top restaurants from which to choose. Staff is very attentive. 21

  • So while the added fees can be irksome ($20 to access the gym's locker rooms; $13 for Wi-Fi) and the guestrooms aren't extraordinary (they look like higher-tier hotel rooms anywhere), most guests happily return. 9
  • While the guestrooms maintain all the high-end comforts of the Westin brand -- you'll hear no complaints about the trademark "Heavenly" beds -- they don't exactly wow in the way one might expect from a hotel in this price range. 9
  • prices are very high for what you get for the food and drink options but i think that's kind of expected On camera611:42
  • High prices at the on-site restaurant 14
  • The staff delivers when it comes to special requests, but note that there's often an additional fee. 9
  • $320 for, at best, mediocre conditions. 2nd worst value in Scottsdale after TPC Stadium. 17
  • Summer rates at this place is a bargain at twice the cost. 17

  • Featured Image is of the beautiful view from a hotel window. 10
  • For a resort built around a pretty impressive pool area, actually getting from our room to the pool was more annoying than I expected. I could see it right outside our window. Getting there was another story. 1
  • And speaking of the room, it was SO spacious! We actually ended up in an executive suite. This was so great with having young kids that go to bed much earlier than Mom & Dad! 5
  • Nice course layout but unfortunately the flooding from heavy rains the night before ruined some of the fairways and bunkers. 17
  • the lighting in the room was more than adequate about eight lights around the room On camera62:56
  • The two-bedroom is perfect for couples traveling together since you can lock the adjoining door for additional privacy and no need to share laundry facilities as both sides include stacked washer and dryer. 4
  • Unbelievable Arizona sunsets and McDowell Mountain views from our balcony. 15
  • The course looks amazing! Just check out the fabulous view from our room! 5
  • the quality and fit and finish of the room was nice i'd say it's comparable to any of the nicer hotels we've been to On camera62:29
  • Additionally, they removed my desk lamp at 2pm, saying they would replace it with an upgraded one within two hours. I had to call back late evening for them to bring me a new one, which wasn't ideal. 10
  • The decor is contemporary and tasteful with clean lines, wood furniture, and stone tiled bathrooms. 14
  • It's always fun staying in a hotel room and the boys certainly enjoy all the space! We made sure to have some down time, just enjoying the Westin Signature Heavenly Beds. My favorite was all the awesome pillows!!! Heaven indeed! 5
  • Layout-wise, the course is bland, simple, and lacks any real personality or challenge-especially disappointing in a golf-rich area like Scottsdale. 17
  • The 1-bedroom villa was clean (albeit small) and everything was in working order. 21
  • Lobby is very large - opens up down to a couple bars and the outdoor landscape, and various restaurants and eateries on the side. Although they said they upgraded us to a Deluxe King, it looked like a pretty basic room, nothing fancy and served our purposes. 10

  • The McDowell Restaurant/Store was well-stocked and menu items were generous and tasty. 21
  • The firepits and chimineas in the mornings and evenings, land and pool activities for kids, restaurant and marketplace, and the enviable location near shopping and restaurants make this an easy timeshare property to settle into. The shuttle service to the above is extremely convenient. 21
  • There was a hotel breakfast buffet available during our stay that wasn't advertised nearly as well as I thought it should have been. The selection was decent, and once we compared the options, it actually ended up costing us less than ordering breakfast through room service. 1
  • The resort has multiple restaurants to choose from, but for a sophisticated dining experience, indulge your palate at Nellie Cashman's Monday Club Cafe, the resort's premier eatery. 12
  • The rooms are spacious with up-to-date furnishings and the pool and other facilities are so nice with great food and snacks. 21
  • Limited on-site dining options 14
  • The McDowell Market & Grill is the only restaurant/dining option on the property and it is limited. 14
  • In-room dining was convenient and good. 1
  • Dining at the Westin Kierland We tried in-room dining one day and thought it was great. We tried in-room dining one day and thought it was great. Room service is one of those conveniences that becomes considerably more appealing when you're travelling with young kids. 1
  • The food was delicious too. The boys went with classic choices of mac 'n cheese and grilled cheese. Mr. Mom Endeavors and I tried some delicious steak tacos and a turkey blt! Everything was great! 5
  • The Westin Kierland offers a variety of dining options that are sure to please everyone in the family. We loved the casual vibes at J. Swilling's Poolside Bar & Grill, where we enjoyed salads, sandwiches, and snacks right by the pool. 16
  • One of Kierland's advantages is that you're also near plenty of Scottsdale restaurants, so you aren't completely dependent on resort dining. 1
