The verdict

Who's travelling?

Pick a traveller type to re-weight the scores and re-rank the rooms around what you actually care about.

Read it your way

SpringHill Suites Jackson Hole is an upper-middle-range property offering clean, modern suites within easy walking distance of downtown dining and shops. Guests consistently praise the comfortable beds, separate living spaces, and ample closet room for ski equipment. However, thin walls can let in noise, and standard breakfast fare and steep peak-season prices draw frequent criticism. 26

  • I get grossed out by hotel bathrooms pretty easily, but this bathroom was very bright and clean. 6

  • Though there is no on-site restaurant, the hotel sits close to the Town Square, which is teeming with restaurants, bars, and shops. 2
  • Decent breakfast in the morning. 5

  • The location can't be beat, but travelers wanting to stay closer to the skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort might want to check out Hotel Terra Jackson Hole. 2
  • While there is something to be said in staying at one of the charming non-chain properties in the city, I was quite happy to use points and stay in a new property within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and of course the famous elk antler arches. 6

  • The highlight of the room though was the bed. Not only did it look inviting, but it was insanely comfortable. 6
  • You may unsubscribe at any time. Our room was on the first floor, and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for my daughter and I, but it could have easily housed three people if one slept on the pull-out couch. 6

  • Accommodations are all suites, and guests have the option of selecting one king-size or two queen-size beds, all topped with plush pillows and soft linens -- perfect for tucking into after a full day of hitting the slopes. 2

  • it's definitely a little more pricey than the average hotel or motel in this area but it's a very nice place and in my opinion definitely worth the price especially when you're able to stay for free with points 11:51
  • Now, despite when St Regis New York prices, or perhaps because of it, you also get a reasonable free breakfast. It is not a sniff on the StR, but it is laid out for many hours in the morning (630-1030), and even varied day on day (one day bacon, one day sausage patties), along with eggs, boiled eggs, cereals etc. 5

  • The desk was actually inviting to use and had a very ingenious sliding divider you could use to section of off the room a bit. 6
  • The highlight of the room though was the bed. Not only did it look inviting, but it was insanely comfortable. 6
  • Both room categories also come with chalkboard-gray West Elm sofas, which also converts into trundle beds, a helpful detail for families with kids or groups traveling together. 2
  • You may unsubscribe at any time. Our room was on the first floor, and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for my daughter and I, but it could have easily housed three people if one slept on the pull-out couch. 6
  • I was able to work every light switch I encountered (hurray!), and the window unit air conditioner worked fabulously. 6
  • Ample closet space can store ski equipment, and irons with ironing boards. 2
  • standard room two queens it's pretty nice On camera10:23
  • The furniture is also comfortable with wingback chairs and sleek armless couches topped in navy blue and beige cushions, and the decor echoes the rustic location -- local art and antlers, a nod to the area's Wild West image. 2
  • With separate living, working, and sleeping spaces, the layout of SpringHill's clean and well-designed rooms caters to a diverse clientele, including families, business travelers, couples, and groups of friends. 2

  • So overall - it was a fine stay, but I'd have been happier out of season when the hotel is presumably back to the more normal USD200/night pricing that it truly deserves, but if like me you are then onto Yellowstone proper, this is superior in terms of fit-out to the national park hotels and I preferred the breakfast (it is honest about what it is, and is free). 5
  • Rooms, for what is essentially a 3 star motel, were crazy expensive - north of USD1000 a night, so I used 88k points/night(!). 5

  • Decent breakfast in the morning. 5
  • The property does serve a daily breakfast spread, which includes fruit, oatmeal, cold cuts, cheeses, and croissants, although the meal gets mixed reviews from guests. 2
  • Breakfast was as expected, nothing great (eggs, bacons, muffins, cereal, fruits, etc). 5

  • Food at breakfast gets mixed reviews 2

  • The location can't be beat, but travelers wanting to stay closer to the skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort might want to check out Hotel Terra Jackson Hole. 2
  • Jackson was good and walkable very easily from the hotel, but no way I'd want to commute into Yellowstone - no shuttle as far as I could tell in summer. 5
  • While there is something to be said in staying at one of the charming non-chain properties in the city, I was quite happy to use points and stay in a new property within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and of course the famous elk antler arches. 6
  • Opened in 2017, this 121-room upper-middle-range property is conveniently located near the shops, restaurants, and bars of the downtown area. 2
  • Hotel is a bit far from YP (about 2.5 hrs to Old Faithful) but we loved staying in town. Jackson is very walkable with lots of good restaurants. 5
