  • No extra trash bags under the sink They don't offer as many toiletries like other hotels. They don't offer as many toiletries like other hotels. Like no Qtips, no hair showering cap, ect. We lost our comb and they don't have any cheap one for guests. Toothbrushes are not free. 2

  • Phoenician is nice but might seem a little outdated, ritz-carlton paradise valley is the modern option but very expensive. 3
  • Other hotels would apply charge on oour room and give us coins. We understand that Maui is expensive but with the room rate is 500-700$ per night, we expect that they should do better. 2

  • The location was tucked back in a commercial park next to a residence Inn that also shared the clean and beautiful pool. There is a Walmart about a 1/3 mile walk across the street, but other than that it's not a very walkable location. 3
