Bathroom

  • I have only three words to describe the bathroom: "Hilton" and "airport hotel." Basically, if you've ever stayed in any other Hilton airport hotel anywhere in the world (except the Frankfurt Airport Hilton - that was nice), the bathrooms will be of no surprise. They're functional, sterile, and completely void of any character. 12

Location

  • The location (attached directly to Terminal A) is excellent. No matter what terminal you're flying in or out of, it's an extremely convenient option. 12
  • With its prime location near Boston's key attractions and major transportation hubs, the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport puts the very best of Massachusetts right at your fingertips. 3

  • If you're wondering if it's worth paying a little extra for a room with a view at the Logan Airport Hilton, I can assure you that it is. My room was facing both the airport and the city - and it was easily one of the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. 12
  • The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking convenient and safe. Had a great night of sleep! 13

Service

  • Absolutely wonderful. Driver was prompt and friendly!!! 13
  • The folks at the Hilton were terrific, from check-in to shuttle service. Wouldn't travel any other way. 13

  • I had breakfast in the Berkshire's Restaurant, and it was pretty good. Exorbitantly expensive, but good. 12
  • Holy hell is it ever expensive! It's going to be really hard to find a good deal for a one night stay at this hotel, which makes it the most expensive Boston Airport hotel (by far). 12

Service9 mentions
  • Staff very friendly. Quiet room. Very convenient for travel plans 13
  • Clean, easy check in. When I called to ask about parking before check in, I was told there was a sign specifically for overnight. 13
  • Absolutely wonderful. Driver was prompt and friendly!!! 13
  • I was also happy to be greeted by staff at that hour. 13
  • The folks at the Hilton were terrific, from check-in to shuttle service. Wouldn't travel any other way. 13
  • I got to have a good night's sleep prior to the trip and took the shuttle to and from the hotel. They were very professional to a person who had a long drive and needed sleep. 13
  • Prompt, friendly pleasant driver, good alternative for getting to airport. 13
  • Great experience. A must for an early morning flight out of Logan. Shuttle service was prompt on both ends of our trip. 13
  • The check-in staff was happy and extremely helpful the first time I stayed at this hotel. My most recent visit wasn't quite as pleasant. The lady checking me in was obviously miffed about something and her demeanor was abrasive to say the least. 12

  • The Hilton park plaza is another downtown Boston hotel in a cool location. 5
  • The Hilton Canopy is actually in a great location in Boston. 5

  • This airport hotel also offers an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. There is onsite dining available at a gastropub with a tasty clam chowder and a grab-and-go coffee bar at the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport. 7
  • Hotel restaurant had a limited menu but very good food. 13
  • Cramped entry/valet/restaurant/market/breakfast nook space. 5
  • Onsite dining is available - bonus points for being waterfront. 7
  • Clean rooms, great breakfast. 13
  • Like any other hilton maybe a smidge lower than some. There's a restaurant. Not sure how it is post COVID but pre COVID it was good. 8

  • Wanted to check in at 3:30. Room not clean; they weren't sure WHEN it would be clean, so they put me in a different (and smaller) room. 5
  • Half the outlets in the room aren't working. 5
Noise2 mentions
  • No matter what terminal you're flying in or out of, it's an extremely convenient option. It's surprisingly quiet. I slept soundly during both of my visits, with the only noise I heard being people in the rooms above mine stomping like elephants. 12
