The verdict

Who's travelling?

Pick a traveller type to re-weight the scores and re-rank the rooms around what you actually care about.

Read it your way

This SeaTac property provides practical airport lodging with fair rates and easy proximity to terminals. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, hearty breakfast, and rooms equipped with separate bedroom layouts and abundant power outlets. However, reviewers consistently complain about dated, awkward bathrooms with small showers and an exceptionally slow elevator. 6521

  • So the walls and furniture were pretty well worn and the bathroom was a little past its stylish prime. That said the sheets were clean, so were the towels, and the A/C worked which was all we wanted. 6
  • The hotel itself was pretty old and hadn't gotten a refresh in a while. So the walls and furniture were pretty well worn and the bathroom was a little past its stylish prime. 6

  • The Med is over on Queen Anne, much closer to various restaurants, bars etc. Downside is no AC in the regular rooms, but depending which time of year you're cruising that may not be an issue for you (and their deluxe rooms do have AC). 1

Location

  • Love the area - wholly walkable. Close to a grocery store too - which I found very convenient. 2
  • I have stayed at the Charter Curio. It's relatively a newer property but in a great spot. You can walk to Pioneer Sq., Pikes, the Gum Wall and the Needle. 2

  • My previous employer has a negotiated rate with them and we always put up our out of state employees in there (or visiting customers/vendors) and never had an issue. They remodeled just last year, too, so everything is nice and clean. 6

  • La Quinta is my go to hotel at Sea Tac. It has the best price/amenities/lack of undesirables in the area. 6
  • Hotel was okay, staff were very nice, price was as fair as it gets around Seattle, especially at airport premium. 6

Which room to ask for

What reviewers say about where to sleep inside this building — by room number where one is named, and otherwise by floor, wing, aspect and position. Every line opens onto the quotes behind it.

No reviewer has yet described a room, floor or aspect specifically enough to act on at this property. Room intelligence appears here the moment they do.

  • Can't review the quality of the Quality Inn (pardon the pun!) but IMO a just-as-well-if-not-better-located and cheap hotel is the Mediterranean Inn - the QI, Travelodge & BW in that little clump are right by Aurora which is a very, very busy road (it's on a lower level at that point so the noise is moderated, but it's awkward to get across on foot due to the different levels). 1
