Service13 mentions
  • I like people everywhere to hear about this hotel , and the customer service , or , " customer No service " hotel , and the way they treat seniors and the handicapped ... 2
  • Spacious rooms, pet-friendly area, friendly staff. 5
  • Clean rooms, nice pool, and family-friendly environment. 5
  • Large rooms, excellent staff, and convenient services. 5
  • Clean rooms, good shower pressure, helpful staff. 5
  • At the one I am at currently has some great staff, and some that I actively avoid who treat customers like they are trying to swindle them by doing things like asking for receipts for taxes. 2
  • This one looks very nice and the whole area feels safe, the others I have stayed at aree in similar areas (matters more when night shift schedule means you are going for a walk at 2 am). 2
  • Further, its tidy bathrooms boast hydromassage showers. 5
  • Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and clean facilities. 5
  • Breakfast is good, but service can be inconsistent. 5
  • The desk staff said that I need to lose the attitude just because I am utterly stupefied by this interaction at this point. I did not raise my voice, nor use foul language. I simply asked questions to understand the situation because it did not make sense to me. 2
  • It's been couple of weeks , and my husband , every day , asks when it's going to be ready to move back, they fool around with him , and promising very soon, from the crew, Linda, Julie, Kim...while they book our room to another person, playing games with a senior couple , how unprofessional 2

  • Conveniently near restaurants, mall, and highway. 5
Value12 mentions
  • Terrific value for spacious, comfortable rooms. 5
  • So, ultimately, they cancelled my stay because they were overbooked 30 minutes before check in. They have me rebook in the lobby online and charge me 70 dollars more in fees. So they just scammed me into an extra 70 dollars because I was desparate. Despicable. 2
  • Affordable rates, great value for pet-friendly stays. 5
  • I booked a room here for 2 nights through the hotel itself (not a 3rd party site) 9 days before I planned to stay. Since I paid, in full, ahead of time, I got a good rate. 2
  • Fully equipped kitchen, housekeeping, no one bothering me like when I did Airbnb with hosts in the home. It isn't cheap, but I do find them comparable to renting an airbnb (full home not a room) AND they go weekly in case I get canceled. 2
  • Affordable rates for spacious, clean accommodations. 5

  • Affordable rates, but expect budget accommodations. 5
  • Too expensive for me. I did Furnished Finder in all three of my contracts thus far, and secured housing for my fourth contract through FF, too. 2

  • Conveniently located with easy access to attractions. 5

  • My location in this particular hotel sucks for nightshift (ground level right in the main pathway near the barbecue), but I have been 2nd level corner and it was glorious. 2
  • Am staying in an Extended Stay America in the DC suburbs right now. Extra nice in this case since it's walking distance to the hospital! 2
