The verdict

Who's travelling?

Pick a traveller type to re-weight the scores and re-rank the rooms around what you actually care about.

Read it your way

Located in downtown Orlando near Lake Eola, this all-suite property places guests within walking distance of many neighborhood restaurants. Visitors appreciate the generous storage space and large bathrooms featuring strong shower water pressure. However, noise remains a consistent drawback, driven by downtown nightlife, pool-facing units, and an open atrium design that echoes sound throughout the building. 163414

  • Bathrooms earn praise for strong shower water pressure, double shower heads, and ample granite counter space. 1415

The catch

  • While some guests consider the free breakfast a great perk for families, others report long waits and food running out. 3

  • We stayed at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista for a couple of days before our stay at the BWI in May a year ago. I don't remember too much about it as we were never there, but I'm generally quite picky about hotels so it must have been fine. We stayed there purely for the location, which was great. 11

  • My hotel used to have flowers, potted plants, tons of greenery around, in large concrete planters, all gone in favor of cost saving and brand streamlining. They still have some of the best values in the business - decent breakfasts plus happy hours and suites. 3
  • I usually don't really need a suite so it's been harder to justify the price recently. 3
