Bathroom

  • They provided EST bathroom amenities, which is a collection "created with luxurious resorts, boutiques, and high-end hotel establishments (hence, EST!) in mind." I found them to be pretty high-quality and it was kind of a surprise that they would be used at a three-star airport hotel. 4
  • The bathroom was quite nice and featured a large and decorative mirror. Counter space for the sink was a bit limited but still doable. Also, the quarters for the toilet were a bit cramped. 4

  • Fiesta Resort I was in town for a football game and stayed overnight here. It was convenient with airport pickup and a ride to the stadium. 10
  • The other great thing about this hotel is it is like a 10 minute straight shot on E Van Buren St into Downtown Phoenix. It's also really close to Tempe and Arizona State University and not far from Mesa or Scottsdale. So this is definitely an airport hotel that you can use to easily explore the surrounding Phoenix metro area. 4

Bathroom5 mentions
  • The shower used a standard showerhead, and the water pressure was below average. 8
  • The sliding shower door was perfect for cramped space, but it was inconvenient to shut the door after getting in; I had to slide a heavy, handleless sheet of glass. 8
  • okay so here's the bathroom let's see there's just a little mirror a toilet and then a smaller shower so definitely check out our video about the las vegas home to suites you'll see it was definitely a bigger bathroom there and there's really not that much to this one 13

  • Currently.in the hilton with the peeling wall paper, stench that smells like a teenage boy locker room and the food is mediocre at best but definitely overpriced like its 5 star. 1

  • it's less than two miles from the phoenix airport and they have a nice shuttle that picks you up which really worked out well for us On camera50:22
  • I was assisted immediately, but the check-in representative struggled to find my itinerary. It took him a while to find it, but despite having the Hilton Honors Diamond status, I was not offered an upgrade. 8
  • this place had dirty floors and when i say dirty floors you'll see it in the footage just disgusting On camera1316:30
  • I second the Hilton. Very nice updated rooms. 1
  • the staff wasn't very friendly there then there was one person that we dealt with that was really nice the rest of them were not very helpful at all On camera1318:21
  • all right so here's the floors they are pretty dirty most days there's actually been popcorn on the floors for some reason and it definitely stinks in here too so definitely not the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at On camera1312:25
  • Stay active in our complimentary fitness center, equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, Peloton and weight machines, or soak up the Arizona sunshine. Our scheduled shuttle service to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport ensures hassle-free travel. 2
  • I e stayed at the Hilton and it was a nice hotel. Great staff and the food on property was good. 1
  • Recent guests said the location is great for families, given the amenities and the on-site pool, and appreciated the friendly employees, though others mentioned the rooms were a bit outdated and bland. 17
  • Like some other airport hotels, there may be some sketchy parts in the immediate vicinity around the airport. We arrived around sunset so we did not need to utilize early check in but the check in process went very smoothly. 4

  • overall our stay at the hilton phoenix airport was a great stay the comfy bed that we got to sleep in the free upgraded room the in-bedroom fridge was really nice On camera57:14
  • Related: Should You Use USB Ports In Hotel Rooms? There is another pretty good size TV in the bedroom. 4
  • While it was comfortable, it wasn't anything to rave about. There was a spacious nightstand on each side of the bed, and I really enjoyed the vibe from the wall lamps. They used brass and bamboo materials to create a unique tropical/modern atmosphere. 8
  • it's a pretty spacious room it's like on the corner of a circle so you definitely get a lot of space On camera54:10
  • The bed was the room's centerpiece, featuring a faux leather headboard and an oddly positioned art piece above it. While it was comfortable, it wasn't anything to rave about. 8
  • Even though the bathroom was functionally acceptable, I wish the hotel had spared more room for the bathroom since the bedroom was more spacious than usual. 8
  • I enjoyed staying in a spacious room and appreciated having an actual cook-to-order breakfast in an outdoor setting. 8
  • we have a balcony landed by the legs which i have to say is really nice it does actually let a lot of light into the room On camera54:31
  • Rooms are clean but decor is somewhat dated and generic, with a neutral beige-and-brown color palette and light-wood furniture. 12
  • Room is spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. 9
  • i have to say though it does let a lot of light into the room because the room is a little bit dark with just the actual lights that it has On camera55:53
  • so the room not really thought about very well not really strategically planned kind of jumped together if you ask me 13
  • Relax in spacious two-room suites featuring king or two queen beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, and two HDTV's with a 65" living room TV. 2
  • Instead of a traditional work desk, the room had a round table with one computer chair. I understood the property's intention to have a non-traditional desk in a resort setting, but I questioned the chair since it felt out of place. 8
  • Like the rooms, bathrooms are also neutral and dated with beige-and-cream-colored decor. 12
  • The hotel is clean, functional, and pleasant, but the decor is in the generic style of a mid-range chain. 12
Food9 mentions
  • We decided to try out the bar and restaurant "Brix" since we had some time to kill in the evening and had worked up a bit of an appetite. We each ordered sandwiches which were actually not bad. The service was really good as well making this a worthwhile meal. 4
  • For the last 6 years we have visited this resort for Mothers Day or Easter Brunch. The buffet selection is beautiful. The food is done so well, they have seafood, roast beef, ham or turkey. 10
  • The Belvedere American Grill, the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar, gets generally good reviews, though the free breakfast is a mixed bag with standard buffet fare like granola, oatmeal, eggs, fruit, and yogurt. 12
  • Enjoy a Delicious Breakfast with Every Night of Your Stay! 2
  • Each day at Doubletree Suites By Hilton Phoenix hotel starts with a delicious buffet breakfast. 9
  • The all American breakfast was decent as well; the eggs were cooked perfectly as ordered and the breakfast sausages were snappy and delicious. 8
  • Breakfast buffet includes an omelette station. Yogurt parfait fruit is very fresh. Buffet options far exceed traditional choices. 9
  • Other than the birds, the food was good; my chorizo burrito was slightly greasy, but the cheese melted perfectly, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 8
  • The food is always fresh and consistently good. Definitely a nice place to relax and unwind over a meal. 10
Location6 mentions · 1 filmed
  • But I would be careful in the immediate surrounding area. Like some other airport hotels, there may be some sketchy parts in the immediate vicinity around the airport. 4
  • The hotel's location is desirable, but if you are looking for an enjoyable resort experience, I suggest you look somewhere else that can truly deliver a complete resort experience. 8
  • Fiesta Resort I was in town for a football game and stayed overnight here. It was convenient with airport pickup and a ride to the stadium. 10
  • in terms of like if you're coming to phoenix for healthcare it was only about like a five to ten minute drive to get to the hospital from where we were at so it is it was close in that sense but not really close to anything else On camera1319:32
  • Best for airport-bound travelers, less so for anyone needing consistent air conditioning. 9
