The Grandview at Las Vegas is an off-Strip timeshare resort offering spacious apartment-style accommodations. Guests appreciate the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, visible security patrols, and helpful front desk staff. However, reviewers complain about room maintenance issues such as leaking refrigerators and understaffed housekeeping that skips deep cleaning. 1216

  • The shower in the bathroom is spacious, but the water that comes out of the showerhead is not big enough for 2 people. One will be waiting cold while the other is trying to hurry lol 16

Service8 mentions
  • The Grandview is very nice, I've traded into it a few times. Very large and luxurious rooms. 15
  • Everywhere outside we went no matter the time, Security was always visible or patrolling on carts which was added peace of mind. They were very friendly as well and seen having conversations with guests as well as helping with directions 16
  • The pool areas are well kept, and they had plenty of pool towels. We found it nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We went up there each evening to enjoy shows and dinner, but it was nice to be away and enjoy our pool area each afternoon. 12
  • Guests consistently praise the staff and service for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, and the buffet receives frequent commendation. 17
  • Alma the head housekeeper for building 4 also assisted us she was fantastic. 16
  • The staff was incredible. Barbara and Donna front desk operators were fantastic and getting us anything that we needed. 16
  • The housekeeping staff does not clean, they wipe down surfaces and it's not their fault they place is understaffed they have no time in each room and this has also been apparent the last 5 times we have stayed. 16
  • The check in desk is super friendly the pool is nice the rooms are spacious it's just that everything in them is breaking or dirty. 16

  • We stayed on the 10th floor of Building 3 and the view was really nice. We could see the pools and the mountains and I enjoyed a cup of coffee at the window in the morning 16
  • Styles differ between buildings depending on when they were last updated; for example, units in the Jasmine building have more moderns carpets and furniture, along with colorful area rugs that give them a contemporary look. 18
  • For those seeking extra space and convenience, opting for a suite with a fully equipped kitchenette is highly recommended. 17
  • We stayed in a two-bedroom condo and really enjoyed it. The property was exceptionally clean. 12
  • We actually enjoyed the layout bc it feels like an apartment and was homey and didnt feel like a hotel room 16
  • The windows in our living and bed room were huge and we could actually open them a bit to enjoy the weather 16

  • Adding to my review because we just got back from dinner and the fridge is leaking water all over the kitchen. Just goes to show there is no maintenance happening here and owners are paying annual maintenance fees. 16
