Royalton Antigua is an all-inclusive resort situated near VC Bird International Airport, featuring balconies overlooking lush greenery and the bay. Guests frequently enjoy comfortable mattresses, multi-head rain showers, and authentic dishes at the Caribbean restaurant. However, the experience is regularly compromised by persistent noise from loud air vents and musty rooms with mold odors. 714121

The catch

  • Front desk staff and butlers receive warm praise, yet upper management is frequently described as dismissive and unbothered. 10148
  • Some travelers enjoy the complimentary mini bar stocked daily with soda and beer, while others complain it lacks alcohol variety. 17

Who it's for

  • Travelers prioritizing a short drive from VC Bird International Airport

  • while they do come at a premium starting from $2,600 per night in the low season the unparalleled experience is worth every penny 145:21
  • Do not expect the service levels of a Four Seasons, a St Regis, a Mandarin Oriental, or even the Sandals Grande Antigua(which is right next door) etc. However, the price of the resort reflects that. It only cost us £2000pp for 9 nights all-inclusive, and I think that's good value for what we got. 1

  • the beds were actually perfect the first room I had two queen size beds please note that when it comes to two beds in the room they do do two queen size beds in the room not two doubles or full On camera173:15
  • The Marriott representative heard me being upset at the desk and offered me another room 1303 again with a double bed but it was clean and I could survive eight days in the room. 10
  • I was assigned a spacious 452 square foot lagoon view suite on the top floor for my two-night stay, and it had everything I needed, including a comfortable king-size bed, desk with chair, small sofa and large flat-screen television. 7
  • each room has a mini bar that's stopped daily if you want you have your sodas your water juices and some bear can't go wrong with that On camera173:46
  • I communicated with the hotel since March informing them that it was our anniversary and again one day before our arrival...they promised to make our stay extra special with decor etc...on arrival to our room, NOTHING...we even had to change rooms mid-stay where again we were promised celebratory decor and once again. NOTHING. 2
  • as i said the room doesn't have too many froze it's very basic and just like somewhere to sleep which is kind of sad because roalton's supposed to be like very chic On camera197:47
  • The resort itself is modern, but the room blocks leave a bit to be desired (already our room had wear, and the elevators were very poorly with broken tiles and scratched mirrors). 3
  • And oh, let's not forget about the balcony, offering a stunning view of lush greenery, a real treat, especially for my husband. 12
  • Crappy mini bar (had several cans of soft drinks, water, juice and 2 coors light in the can, but NO alcohol like typical mini bar) 8
  • Our room and balcony overlooked the gardens which was lovely, nd although we were next to the entertainment zone, we had no issues falling asleep at night - although it was loud some nights, the noise usually stopped around 11pm. 1
  • When I arrived to the room and opened the door, the smell of mold and wetness hit my nose like a ton brick. 10
  • While walking to the room, the walls and stairs were dirty and made my skin crawl. 10
  • The room itself was beautiful, clean, modern, and felt very fresh and new. Almost every hotel I've stayed at in the Caribbean has had a distinct smell of damp, but this room had absolutely zero damp/mould smell which was SO lovely. 1
  • that is relatively small for a luxury room that's priced at 8 70 a night but yeah we were pretty we had a pretty good view On camera198:14
  • let's talk about the rooms at Royalton Chi Antiga you'll find everything you need for a seriously comfortable and luxurious stay each room comes standard with air conditioning essential for those warm Caribbean days and a private balcony where you can enjoy stunning views On camera142:13
  • the luxury rooms feature the exclusive dreamed with high thread count sheets a Royalton signature rain shower in the spotlike bathroom and a private balcony or Terrace showcasing stunning Ocean or sunset views On camera160:40
  • The room itself too had a STRONG smoky odor. 2
  • But when we came back, the room still wasn't ready. It took an hour and a half before we got our room, which we thought was horrible. We never waited so long before in any type of resort to get a room, and this is supposed to be a five-star resort. On camera180:36
  • Unfortunately, our initial excitement turned into disappointment upon noticing the lack of cleanliness in the room. Debris scattered on the floor and a deceased fly was left unattended for two whole days until I took matters into my own hands, reaching out to the hotel concierge via the Marriott Bonvoy App. 12
  • The room itself too had a STRONG smoky odor. We asked to be relocated. 2
  • A small balcony offered spectacular views, particularly during sunrise and sunset. 7
  • they have this like walled mirror which i thought was pretty cute this was my side of the room and i enjoyed it On camera196:42
  • balcony come oh my god you can actually tell how crazy beautiful look beautiful green little mountain very little but beautiful look at the shapes over there 20
  • My only complaint with the room is the lack of hangers - the closet only had six hangers, which for two women who had packed a lot of dresses, simply wasn't enough. 1
  • In our group, three women were bunking together...as the website stated it could accommodate that pairing. They also received a king-sized bed - with a COT; it was on the bay side however they had NO VIEW of the bay. 8
  • that's a beautiful room it is very cozy very very very On camera201:18
  • The room smelled moldy, I booked two rooms under the same reservation yet they placed us on two opposite sides of the resort, they could even put us on the same floor even though we have young children. 3
  • In this room, our bar was not stocked and the shower leaked PROFUSELY. 2
  • • Crappy mini bar (had several cans of soft drinks, water, juice and 2 coors light in the can, but NO alcohol like typical mini bar) 8

  • Rooms smell like toxic mold, food is horrible and service was not good. 3
  • This hotel has multiple restaurants and I can attest that the food is horrible at all. The food is not edible enough for me to feed to a dog. 10
  • The resort was NOT 100% full but you still had to make reservations for all of the restaurants except for the buffet ( which had EXTREMELY LIMITED selections) and the Sports Bar. 10
  • Food is outstanding for an AI. We've met a few employees and chatted them up left a decent tip and they've been happy to service us. 10
  • I have less of an issue with the, running out of food because it's legitimately inedible at most of the restaurants. 10
  • Food is outstanding for an AI. 10
  • This was probably one of the most disappointing things about breakfast. We didn't try Elements at lunchtime, but I would say the dinner here was awful. I didn't enjoy any of the dinner options the two nights we went to Elements in the evening. Everything was just a bit cold and bland. 1
  • Hidden away behind Grazie is a Carribean restaurant I didn't even realize was there until my butler pointed it out. This was the best meal of my stay, with a delicious acapulco-style ceviche followed by a hearty local curried lamb stew, though the coconut shrimp appetizer was a miss, tasting like the shrimp had been cooked from frozen. 7
  • Subpar cleanliness, lackluster dining options, and visible signs of neglect tarnished our stay, leaving us with little desire to return. 12
  • all Diamond Club guests come with a butler I had the honor to have Maxwell as my butler and charnette as my butler I just met Sean that today unfortunately I am leaving tomorrow but Maxwell the whole time being here he took care of me he bought me food from the restaurants On camera176:13
  • If not, how about a plunge pool room at the new Grand Velas adults only boutique in Cabo? It's one of very few true 5* AI's out there and has amazing food and service (one of their restaurants is Michelin starred!) and beautiful rooms. 10
  • I sampled the food here for breakfast, and there were many options with plenty of American favorites like bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, donuts, bagels and egg stations where the friendly chefs cooked omelets to order. Everything was tasty, though not particularly high-end - given the tropical location, I hoped to see more exotic fruit options than just watermelon, pineapple and oranges. 7
  • Similar to St Lucia, the Royalton CHIC Antigua has a Hunters Steakhouse. And like St Lucia, this was one of our favourite restaurants. The food was great, reliable, and the service here was also always really good. 1
  • Many of the guest don't notice the poor quality of the food because the hotel gives them cheap alcohol and they are under the influence. 10
  • I'd say 90% of the time our drinks arrived as we were finishing our food, which is just not okay for a 5-Star hotel. 1
  • The SCORE Brewhouse, while equipped with big-screen TVs for sports enthusiasts, failed to impress with lackluster pub grub during our lunch visits. 12
  • 90% of guests that I spoke with while on site had a horrible stay due to inedible food, horrible service and run down conditions at this hotel that just reopened less than 1 year ago! 6
  • The food at Royalton resorts have not good in my experience but the food here is flat out awful. To the point where I am dying to get back to a US airport so I can eat something. 2
  • tucked away behind gratzi you'll discover a Hidden Gem the Caribbean restaurant here you can sample authentic local flavors and enjoy a taste of the islands 14
  • Similar to St Lucia, the Royalton CHIC Antigua has a Hunters Steakhouse. And like St Lucia, this was one of our favourite restaurants. The food was great, reliable, and the service here was also always really good. It was definitely some of the fastest service in the resort! 1
  • The only restaurant that was any good was the overwater restaurant and I wouldn't suggest paying extra. 10
  • A lot of people were complaining about the food, but let's face it, it's a large all-inclusive in the Caribbean...you're never going to get amazing food. For us the food was hit-and-miss, but it was fine and again, for what we paid I don't mind that. 1
  • Bad experience one: I went to the food truck and was given a raw burger. I told the man cooking the food about that to prevent others from getting sick. 10
  • The pool food truck was perfectly fine - it was fairly basic burgers and chips and we didn't have any problems with it at all. I really liked the Hawaiian burger which was a beef burger with pineapple! 1
  • and for those with a sweet tooth insomnia Patisserie offers a tempting aray of oven B breads pastries and desserts all complimented by delicious coffee On camera163:54
  • Right here at Royalton they have a 24-hour room service which the menu is located on a television you can actually order your room service on the television you gotta click it they'll call you on the phone to confirm your order and then when they're on the way they'll also call you again saying hey your room service is going to sweat which is great On camera173:56
  • now we're moving towards hunter that's a very very good place to have your dinner this one inside 20
  • The men at the baggage area don't ask if you need to be assisted, just carry on with their conversations. This is BY FAR the WORST food I have had at a resort...food was salty, not cooked well, there were flies on food and NO VARIETY...every night was practically the same thing. 2
  • the food was absolutely terrible and i it's the only thing that i'm not gonna be candid about because it was literally horrible and if you read far enough back in the reviews or even current reviews everyone will say that the food is terrible On camera199:18
  • Olympus was another good restaurant that we really enjoyed. The starters and mains were perfect (the steak with gnocci was delicious), but the dessertts were a bit tasteless and a bit of a let down. 1
  • I just spent a week at a latin American property that had buffet breakfast and buffet dinner included in the lounge. Two meals a day was plenty and it was only $170/night for two of us. Insane value 6
  • I loved this place! We had so much food and it was all AMAZING. Really good sushi, meat and fish, and tasty cocktails and desserts too. 1
  • There are only 3 restaurants on site other than the buffet and the sports bar, we could t find space to make a reservation at any of them, we were only able to eat at Hunter The host that evening was able to fit us in due to someone not showing up for their reservation. 3
  • Don't have any experience with this one, but Royalton Chic as a brand tends to be a mid to lower end party focused resort that definitely falls in the meh category for food. 10
  • I have asthma and had to encounter a moldy room and roaches, factors that can exacerbate my asthma and cause breathing problems while in a foreign country on vacation. This hotel has multiple restaurants and I can attest that the food is horrible at all. The food is not edible enough for m 10
  • Even the Caribbean Restaurant & Grill, with its promise of authentic Caribbean fare and scenic bay views, left us with lukewarm dishes and a sour taste in our mouths, exacerbated by a mishap with a food order that left us feeling gaslighted by the staff. 12
  • 2 restaurants open and all booked despite supposed reservation-free dining, limited menu. 8
  • Despite the picturesque setting, the food fell short of our expectations. My bean burrito and margarita lacked the finesse and flavor one would associate with a luxury resort, leaving us longing for more. 12
  • Room service...just don't even order...the wait is FOREVER! 10
  • elaxing beach vacation, lay in the beach and take in some sun and really don't care much about the food, you know, it's edible, but it's not the best, then I would say this would be a nice place to visit cuz the island is just beautiful. 18
  • FOOD This is BY FAR the WORST food I have had at a resort...food was salty, not cooked well, there were flies on food and NO VARIETY...every night was practically the same thing. 2
  • Desserts were dry and gluten free desserts were often mush. 2
  • The food is awful, you can't even really get a reservation. You have to stand in line and talk to a lady for an hour because the app never works. 6
  • Food was not correctly labelled. My husband is vegetarian and took what was labelled VEGETABLE STIR FRIED RICE...turns out it was CHICKEN STIR FRIED RICE...thankfully he doesn't have an allergy because that could have been worse. 2
  • the dining experience at the resort is a culinary delight offering a diverse range of international and local flavors across various venues On camera112:13
  • The food and service were generally good, Diamond Club is always worth it. 3
  • Food could be improved with more investment in quality produce and chef training - it was the only real grumble I heard from other guests, but I would recommend Royalton Antigua as one of the better all-inclusive resorts I have stayed in. 7
  • • 2 restaurants open and all booked despite supposed reservation-free dining, limited menu. 8
  • now when it comes to room service like the the options was limited but the options that they had were good like the chicken finger was good but chicken wrap was good and when I upgraded to the Diamond Club the salmon was good and the lasagna was good so I was pleasantly pleased with the room service menu On camera1712:49
  • The breakfast at Elements was perfectly fine, but much smaller than in St Lucia. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, the freshly made omelettes, and the pancakes and pastries. 1
  • it is lg tv so it's pretty high tech and yeah it has a good amount of channels and you also can order your breakfast and room service and just look at a directory of the hotel on the tv On camera197:11
  • and I didn't get a chance to eat at the sports bar which is called scores and their food was delicious the ribs was delicious what else did I have the salmon was delicious On camera175:42
  • This is what we GOT: • 2 restaurants open and all booked despite supposed reservation-free dining, limited menu. We couldnt eat at a restaurant and had to order bad room service food 8
  • now the bad thing about it is the menu is limited when you're not in the Diamond Club you get a choice between spaghetti club sandwich chicken fingers a chicken wrap chicken noodle soup On camera174:15
  • We were told to go to the Haven restaurant (Caribbean- FOOD WAS HORRIBLE) or the overwater restaurant for an EXTRA charge...mind you our stay was over $2000 and we weren't interested in spending another dime. 10
  • so the negative I will say is the buffet the buffets at first I thought it was just the breakfast but at lunch or dinner I did have a little bit of disappointment so let me clear things up breakfast it wasn't many options the first time that I did go to breakfast On camera1710:16

  • Currently at Royalton in st James. Quite good, but service is the only complaint and maybe some of the games are due for replacement. 10
  • Room service...just don't even order...the wait is FOREVER! 10
  • My credit card was charged twice in error at checkin and I wasn't informed 8
  • Haven't been to that one but the Royalton Punta Cana was a joke. Horrible service, long waits for tables (even with reservations), dirty sheets, etc. 8
  • Staff come off as rude and impolite. No one greets you with a smile and the ATTITUDE!!! I genuinely don't think anyone WANTS to work there. Their attitude is not even hidden. 2
  • Every chair and table on this compound is sticky. It has to be that they aren't wiped and cleaned properly. 2
  • Service was pretty good, room was fine, drinks were the heaviest pours we've found, most of the resort goers were not American (a nice change from what we're used to), and the food was indeed kinda meh but all things considered we didn't mind the entire week we were there. 10
  • Every chair and table on this compound is sticky. It has to be that they aren't wiped and cleaned properly. My husband even got a rash while here and nothing like that has happened to him before. 2
  • P. S. Shout out to Asha(front desk), Delishia, Shay, Estella, and the other STAFF who truly tried to make our stay pleasant. Management staff...VERY DISMISSIVE and UNBOTHERED! 10
  • I appreciated how personalized the Diamond Club experience was, with my butler often coming to find me in the public areas like the pool and beach to check how I was doing, have a polite chat and see if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. 7
  • Staff come off as rude and impolite. No one greets you with a smile and the ATTITUDE!!! I genuinely don't think anyone WANTS to work there. 2
  • The staff encourage you to download the Royalton app as this is where you can book the restaurants and see the latest schedule, however, I wouldn't bother. The app is clunky and half the time it doesn't work or isn't up-to-date. 1
  • The manager Jennifer was no help and just wanted us to sign a document saying our stay was non-refundable. 8
  • First, let me state that the staff (NON-MANAGEMENT) were great. 10
  • Service is bad and often with an attitude. 2
  • a number of reviews pointed out that service was occasionally slow particularly in certain areas and other areas such as the bars this is understandable for a newer establishment as several reviews mentioned witnessing staff members still undergoing training On camera168:03
  • The resort is nice, it's clean and new, but the service might put a dent in your day. The staff doesn't care and getting simple things like enough water turns into a mission. 10
  • their friendly 24-hour front desk staff is always on hand to assist you with anything you need from answering questions and arranging transportation to simply offering a warm welcome after your journey On camera141:04
  • stay away- first day upon arrival already disappointed. Employee attitudes are mostly rude. 6
  • The hotel staff overlooked my best friend's birthday requests, resulting in a failed celebration. When we returned from a catamaran outing, instead of birthday decorations, we found a Happy Anniversary badge on our door and a bed decorated with the number 40, which was a letdown. 12
  • Fantastic-Loquat3121 • 1y ago Don't waste your time or money. Although the Royalton Chic Antigua resort grounds are nice, the food is decent, and the restaurant staff were friendly, this hotel feels more like a frat party than a quiet, tranquil beach escape. 10
  • It was a lovely start to the day with excellent staff on hand offering espresso coffee, fresh juices, smoothies and eggs how you like them. 7
  • The butler service during my stay was terrific, with a morning and evening butler checking in with me via WhatsApp several times per day to see if there was anything they could do to assist, and the beach butler service meant I never needed to lift a finger as I worked on my tan. 7
  • The resort refused to even offer any kind of compensation. After over a month, my emails are unanswered and General manager is nowhere to be found ! 3
  • When I raised concerns about the noise, staff were rude and quick to belittle me by saying that the hotel was branded as a "party resort." 10
  • Reply Share pipiripaw • 2y ago Curious about what went wrong with Mystique in Holbox? We stayed there in May, it was a great experience, staff was kind, beach was amazing and breakfast perfect every day! 6
  • I mean the beach is lovely, food is terrible and I hate to say it but the staff actually seems to go out of their way to be rude. 6
  • Management staff...VERY DISMISSIVE and UNBOTHERED! 10
  • The service is a joke and we had a "suite" with a "butler". 8
  • 90% of guests that I spoke with while on site had a horrible stay due to inedible food, horrible service and run down conditions at this hotel that just reopened less than 1 year ago! 6
  • thank you so much emerson thank you so much jessica for what you've done for us there you go a new manager yeah she maybe next time when we come she might be a new manager here you are so nice butlers and we love you so much On camera2010:00
  • Some of the staff were really amazing and went above and beyond, were super friendly and caring. And others just did not care and clearly didn't want to be there. 1
  • SERVICE Staff come off as rude and impolite. No one greets you with a smile and the ATTITUDE!!! I genuinely don't think anyone WANTS to work there. 2
  • The resort is nice, it's clean and new, but the service might put a dent in your day. 10
  • The benefit of this is that as you cannot see the whole property from any vantage point, everyone is spread out, there are no bottlenecks and it doesn't feel very big and never felt crowded despite the staff advising me of a 97% occupancy rate during my stay. 7
  • look at those mirrors exactly inside they're nice but the mattresses so amazing On camera201:25
  • and now speaking about the staff the staff here is friendly you go to other Resorts not particularly in Antigua but you go to other Resorts and some staff don't even say hello to you like when you're walking by here everyone will say hey good morning hi you good you good I love that On camera1716:21
  • The service in general was definitely slow, but I think as long as you go in knowing that, it's okay. 1
  • Royalton Saint Lucia is beautiful, but I was sexually harassed, an employee tried to enter my room while I was naked, and staff illegally searched my phone - DO NOT STAY HERE 10
  • Let me start by saying the ONLY reason I am giving this one star is because I can't go any lower and the staff was very friendly. 8
  • The staff doesn't care and getting simple things like enough water turns into a mission. 10
  • I collected myself and called the front desk. I called multiple times without a response. 10
  • This was the eighth Caribbean island I have visited and the best service I have experienced in the region. Everyone I interacted with had a broad smile and a welcoming demeanor and excelled at hospitality. 7
  • They only had two check-in desks so we sat on the sofas in the lobby and a staff member came to check us in while we were sitting down. The reception staff also kindly took my Marriott Bonvoy membership number from me so I would get some points! 1
  • Let me start by saying the ONLY reason I am giving this one star is because I can't go any lower and the staff was very friendly. Makeba the manager and Tiffany the Butler were nice and compassionate. 8
  • Makeba the manager and Tiffany the Butler were nice and compassionate. 8
  • To fly all this way and get this service was deplorable, they act like we lived down the street. 8
  • The hotel is apparently a 5-Star hotel but I'd say it should realistically be a 4-Star category. Do not expect the service levels of a Four Seasons, a St Regis, a Mandarin Oriental, or even the Sandals Grande Antigua(which is right next door) etc. 1
  • First of all, the front desk customer service check-in is terrible, 80 percent of the staff working at the resort always have a mean face and do not want to be bothered. 3
  • Antique_Inside_6471 • 2y ago Just got back and was majorly disappointed with the service. Just got back and was majorly disappointed with the service. The resort is nice, it's clean and new, but the service might put a dent in your day. 10
  • The staff, outside of the front desk, were phenomenal. 8
  • The friendly staff added to the warm welcome, presenting us with refreshing welcome drinks - a small gesture that set a positive tone for our stay. 12
  • Check-in was a breeze, and we were swiftly directed to 'SCORE,' the onsite restaurant, to tide us over while our room was prepared. 12
  • The check in process took over an hour, only to walk up three flights of stairs and the key not work so, we had to go back to the front desk and get our keys reactivated and be told you can't eat at any restaurant but the buffet restaurant because they are already full for the night. 10
  • Employee attitudes are mostly rude. 6
  • The staff, outside of the front desk, were phenomenal. The management ruined the entire experience. 8
  • During our stay here I can count only five staff who made us feel comfortable here. Other than that the hospitality is at 0. 3
  • Vespa was the worst out of all the food places. The service and food were ATROCIOUS. 1
  • Back to our tiny room, we called for fresh towels...let's just say, I am still waiting on those towels to come. 10
  • once you arrive at Royalton Antiga check-in is smooth and effortless their friendly 24-hour front desk staff is always on hand to assist you with anything you need On camera140:58
  • as far as the customer service a couple things i complained about like not getting towels and the towels never came it was just a lot On camera1911:21
  • Though the food was not faultless, the service at each meal was. I also noted how proactive the staff would be - I never had to ask for anything, which was not my experience at other Caribbean destinations. 7
  • Antigua is a Caribbean island YET the staff caters to the European/Anglo-Saxon population( food, music by the DJ, nightly entertainment, etc...) YES, we were told that they are trained to do just that. So, the treatment of NON European/Anglo-Saxon guests is OBVIOUS, DIFFERENT and just quite SAD! 10

  • The location is stunning, the beach and ocean is one of the most beautiful we have traveled to. 3
  • While I enjoyed my mixed grill in the Punta Cana location, my rib eye steak in Antigua looked excellent and was served with a smile but was unfortunately very overcooked and tough despite ordering it medium rare. 7
  • getting to and from Royalton chick Antiga is a breeze meaning you can maximize your relaxation time. The resort is conveniently located near Runaway Beach which is just a short stroll or quick taxi ride away about a mile from the property On camera140:35

  • the luxury junior suite offers breathtaking views of a mountain or Bay with a premium dreamed mattress a sitting area with a pullout couch and a luxurious bathroom with a signature rain shower On camera111:26
  • • The water from shower came out brown for first 5 min 8
  • Room musty and moldy and bathroom shower badly repaired and gross. 6
  • that is the door you have a shower yeah the shower but that's a very nice shower like it's a rainy shower and yeah i like it a lot here On camera202:03
  • The bathroom featured a double vanity, rain head shower with excellent water pressure and temperature, and was stocked with Royalton-branded toiletries. 7
  • The rooms were smaller than the St Lucia ones, but it had a proper closed-off bathroom which we preferred. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and enough shelf space for us to spread out all our skincare and makeup products! 1
  • In this room, our bar was not stocked and the shower leaked PROFUSELY. 2
  • Room musty and moldy and bathroom shower badly repaired and gross. Neighbors loud with party etc - GO TO Pineapple Beach Club- AMAZING 6
  • The water from shower came out brown for first 5 min 8

  • The "nurse" refused to even give us a bottle of peroxide - her only concern was to get $175 "consultation fee" while having nothing to even help us with. 3
  • If you're Diamond Club you get one meal here included as part of your package. If you're not DC, you have to pay a-la-carte prices, although I didn't think the prices were bad at all. 1
  • The price for my stay wasn't cheap $3700. Royalton Chic is not worth that price with unclean accommodation and death trap food. 10
  • while they do come at a premium starting from $2,600 per night in the low season the unparalleled experience is worth every penny On camera145:21
  • Royalton Chic is not worth that price with unclean accommodation and death trap food. 10
  • so the room was very basic it was like your typical double room i feel like it left a lot to be desired especially at the price point i feel like we could have had like a bathtub or something but we just had like the regular balcony closet bathroom basic small room On camera195:43

  • Neighbors loud with party etc - GO TO Pineapple Beach Club- AMAZING 6
  • Noisy air vent kept us up all night 8
  • From loud concerts every night (there are no rooms in the resort where you don't hear the loud bass) to foam parties, this hotel does not provide R&R. 10
  • Daily, at 4:30 am ish, loud music was playing from a car in a place that looked like staff were coming to work. Also, a loud siren noise was also playing throughout the night in conjunction with an animal like noise that the hotel blast on speaker when it gets dark until morning. 10
  • The noise was so bad that I left early after one night. I am seriously re-thinking my lifelong loyalty to Marriott after this terrible experience. 10

We are very easy to please and this will go down as our worst family vacation we've ever had. We were given incorrect rooms on arrival. Don't even bother asking for connecting rooms because you won't get them.
