  • There are few things I appreciate more than a standard shower rather than a shower over tub which most properties include. But one of those things that I appreciate even more is the ability to close the door to the bathroom for privacy without restricting someone else from the vanity. 11
  • In here, would you take a look at this? Very nice. Very modern-looking shower. There's the air vent, of course, the commode. And the shower, it's got those cool, modern rolling roller doors with the tempered glass. 56:46

  • Definitely a little farther out but Hyatt Place Rea Farms is my go-to. Walkable to a few restaurants and a nice Harris Teeter. I always have a nice quiet stay there and a decent breakfast. 15
  • As a Hyatt House, a hot breakfast is available for every guest. I had a chance to include the extensive free breakfast which was staffed and included a substantial offering. 11

  • The Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City is exceptionally located for visitors to the city. The building is immediately next t0 the Spectrum Center and on the night we checked in, a Charlotte Hornets basketball game was letting out. Downtown was entirely walkable from this hotel, and the property is near to other stadiums and attractions such as the Bank of America football stadium. 11
  • It is also a Simon Mall if that is of interest to you. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well, and it is a 15-minute drive from downtown. This ended up being an excellent location for us, and it is also great if you are flying into, or out of, Charlotte airport (CLT). 7

  • This hotel could not have better service. The front desk agents were very friendly and gave us a great hiking recommendation. The same agent was working when we were checking out, and she remembered us and asked us what we thought about the recommendation. 7

  • So, I have a few of my bags here. This is the living room area and it has a nice LG flat screen TV mounted here. I would estimate that's around probably about 50 in or so which is super nice. On camera51:42
  • Kitchen, island that works great as a desk then when shutting down you can just 'leave' work there, slide over to the den...tv eats etc.. then bedroom on other side & bathroom around the corner. Having the seperated spaces makes it feel less like a hotel. 12
  • Now, looking at the bedroom portion of the room, as you can see, we stayed in the double queen room, and it overall was really nice for our stay. On camera187:05
  • The desk was more than sufficient for a pair of laptops or an extra monitor with plenty of power outlets. I also liked that it was separate from the private quarters for the purpose of video calls which can be awkward in a hotel room but often need to take place. 11
  • On top of that, the hotel was full yet the front desk staff was able to get me not only a room but a corner suite. I was unbelievably impressed. 11
  • First of all, I found it odd that the room had no desk. It instead featured a small desk that you could pull up to the right of the tv. This was very strange as I would hit my head if I did use this, so I instead went to the lobby to work a little bit. 7
  • and this is the view from my room which was gorgeous I love the natural lighting that comes into the room during this time of day On camera93:48
  • While there were some quirks with the room, lack of a useable desk being the biggest issue, it was new and in great shape. 7
  • we had a king bed in our room it was a very comfortable bed and a slightly less comfortable couch along the window On camera64:04
  • I've stayed at the Billy Graham Parkway location twice and it was fine for a night. A bit dark in the room, definitely an older Amerisuites property, and fairly mid, but I didn't have any real complaints. 13

  • I always have a nice quiet stay there and a decent breakfast. 15
  • The free hot breakfast gets excellent reviews, as does the H Bar, which serves small plates and cocktails. 4
  • The prices for breakfast at this restaurant is quite high, so we ate of property for our stay. 7

  • The rooms feel dirty and ultra lived in. I'm sure some are better than others. But after being burned a few times at HH, I will never stay at one ever again. 12
  • Staying at the Louisville property, and the rooms are very roomy, great accommodations, free breakfast standard, and a very accommodating staff. 12
  • Only one answer which is the Centric. I kid you not this is the only choice. Good rooms, good service, decent overall. 13
  • I will say Orlando HH by Universal Studios has a great staff and great property. 12
  • The service was excellent, the room was overall really nice, and the gym was as good as I have seen. 7
  • There are two notes about the valet. First, loading and unloading are done at the entrance and exit to the garage as shown below. It's a little uncomfortable as the end of our vehicle was still in the street as we were getting our belongings in and out of the vehicle. 11
  • God that one nearish to the airport is a shit hole. Terrible staff. I could go on. 13
  • I've stayed at a few. I will say Orlando HH by Universal Studios has a great staff and great property. 12
  • The check-in agent was very friendly and upgraded us to a 2 queen high floor room, which was the best available room for our Explorist status. Finally, she offered us a 2 pm late checkout and told us there were water bottles in the room. 7
  • Would you take a look at that nice giant bed? Ooh, fancy linens. On camera54:43

  • Finally, upon checking out, we gave the friendly agent our room keys, and she also asked us how we liked our stay. This is something that we are rarely asked about, and it shows how good of a hotel this really is. 7
  • Then, We took the elevator to the fourth floor and were greeted with a very nice, new room. This hotel only opened in June of 2021, so everything was still pristine. 7
  • Staying at the Louisville property, and the rooms are very roomy, great accommodations, free breakfast standard, and a very accommodating staff. Perfect for a family, couple or individual. Only downside is that it's not in the city center. 12

  • I stayed at the HP downtown a couple of weeks ago. It was fine, but there is a restaurant / club on the top floor of the building and it can be for some interesting people watching as you are coming and going. Also, there was a fair amount of street noise sine you're downtown. 13
  • I've stayed at both HPs by the airport. Both were clean and quiet. I'd stay at either again. 15
  • I always have a nice quiet stay there and a decent breakfast. 15
  • I do NOT recommend the Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowhead. It's right under the airport flight path and very loud. 15
  • Some rooms get loud traffic noise 4
  • Rooms are in good shape and get decent reviews overall, but there have been some complaints of exterior noise. 4
  • I love Hyatt Houses too, but the past two I've woken up a few times at night due to the air condition being very loud. Once the air conditioning stops for a moment, it normally sounds like a echoey mechanical bonk. 12
  • I've not noticed any noise from outside my room 12

  • I do NOT recommend the Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowhead. It's right under the airport flight path and very loud. Plus it has this super weird layout where the bathroom sinks are opposite the beds with no privacy (only toilet and shower behind the door). 15
  • The bathroom was also quite big and featured pharmacopeia toiletries. Overall, I thought that this was a very nice room, and the condition was excellent. 7

  • As someone that knows Charlotte very well, I'd say SouthPark is a nice, ritzier area, slightly further than the airport Hyatts, but it will have a ton of close by dinner options in the shopping area that are walkable. 15
  • Hyatt House Louisville East is a great property. Not near the city center but there are many restaurants that are walkable. 12
