  • Overall, we would never return to this hotel and disappointed that we spent so much money for such poor quality. 12
  • The purpose of this review is to save others the disappointment that I endured. They charge high rates, but what they deliver is substandard for the price. 12
  • Very unhappy customer, price was ridiculous for that room. I want my money back. 12

  • And two grills. It looked like they had two waffle makers. They had a pancake maker. They had a yogurt dispenser. They had like hot sandwiches. They had like what looked like maybe where they put cheese and fruit. There seem to be like a lot of options. Nice. 11
  • Staff is great, love the breakfast, always clean... All around great place to stay. 12
  • Room wasn't cleaned properly or at all really, trash under pull out couch, blood stains on pull out couch mattress, dried up piss on the toilet, dirty towels in bathroom, was no complimentary snacks and drinks in room like it was supposed to be 12
  • The rooms are always immaculately clean; the beds are among the most comfortable of any lodging chain and the service provided by staff set the model by which others must be judged. 12
  • I was in the living room packing and had little clothing on when I heard my door open. it was the housekeeper who did not knock. 12
  • Most of the staff, with one exception, was very friendly and tried to be helpful. 12
  • Not at all happy with this customer service. 12
  • Also the lady who cooked the omelets on Sunday morning was the best omelet cook I have seen in years, I was more than happy to give a $10 tip, awesome overall service again 12
  • Embassy Suite has very friendly staff for whatever state we are in. 12
  • The front desk staff was the worst, tried to get answers about the parking and was given different information depending on who you spoke with. 12
  • Your new breakfast lady leaves MUCH to be desired as we witnessed her EXTREMELY RUDE behavior; NO guest (or STAFF) should have to deal with such rudeness! 12
  • I have pictures of this week's nightmare. They DO NOT CLEAN ROOMS, every evening coming back I had to complain, drapes torn, trash left in the cans, shower doors with water spots, water left I. The showers they witnessed this themselves 12
  • First night we didn't have enough towels. We call down to front desk and ask for more and never received them. We go to front desk and they say they do not have any. WTF‼️⁉️ 12
  • The agents at the front desk has no personality, the rooms are old and run down. 12
  • And another thing to know is you do have to pay for valet. On the website, it does say it's included. If you click on their link, it does say you have to pay, but it's not really clear. They do have a parking lot that looks like you could park in, but they don't let you. So, you do have to pay for valet. On camera1114:30
  • and the girl at front desk today when I checked out had a bad ** funky attitude. I don't think we wanna go back. 12
  • Housekeeping neglected our rooms despite multiple complaints, and staff harassed my family, forcing us to stay at the pool all day, making children ill. 12
  • the staff were rude, I did not meet one staff member that was nice 12
  • The desk receptionist was Chelsey. She was warm, cheery and very accommodating. She explained what was available to us, e.g. the reception that eve, info concerning breakfast, and other available amenities. 12
  • Completely unacceptable service for a Hilton property! 12
  • The best thing about the staff is they are polite and do care about sending back the leftover customers belongings like a cell charger, shoes etc. 12
  • I have a video of the extent of blood on the curtains if you would care to view, it is very significant amount. Are you joking? I was expecting a discount on my stay. I truly feel this is a legitimate complaint, and OSHA would love to hear how this matter was handled. I filled out a complaint last week, no response. This is horrible customer service. 12
  • So therefore I now assume it has been stolen by him. This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel and I will never return due to the dishonesty of there staff. 12
  • when we showed up at the hotel the registration desk employee, Geneva, was one thousand percent extremely nice and welcoming. She is professional and provided quick and easy check-in 12
  • The sign on our parking space said "Park at your own risk" and had gang signs and graffiti on it. There was no housekeeping service, and we were not advised 12
  • The customer service was outstanding-everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. 12
  • as we move around there is the refrigerator space that's a nice size mini refrigerator i like the size of that On camera42:14
  • My room would not be cleaned not even upon request. This is not what I expected so I was truly upset especially since the rate I paid was not inexpensive. 12
  • While at this hotel, I noticed several bags of trash sitting outside of the doors of guests rooms for days. 12
  • The sofa was old and uncomfortable though the mattress and the linens were very nice. 12
  • When we went to the front desk both of the staff were short tempered and seemed like they could care less. 12
  • I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism by the customer service when calling to cancel my reservation. Two separate times I was hung up on by an employee. 12
  • oh there's a microwave awesome love it so there's a microwave extra cabinet space area there very nice On camera43:13
  • The roof over the main area leaks, and the carpeting everywhere is worn and dirty. 12
  • Lastly, I'd like to comment on the breakfast lady Cathy. We got there after 11:00 on 12/01. She was very friendly and attentive! Asking everyone if everything was okay and if they needed anything. 12
  • corn hash it's like just really salty to me but you know people already got kind of pink sometimes On camera52:29
  • The front desk staff were cordial, accommodating and informative. It was pleasant to work with a company who valued customers. 12
  • The only good thing about this stay was breakfast and the employees was very professional and nice. 12
  • The staff were all pleasant. 12

  • The bathroom was so small and disgusting. 12
  • The bathroom is the worst with toilet issues, a hole in the wall by the showerhead, mold on the tile in the shower, water backing up in the tub when taking a shower. 12
  • The beds were awful! The bathroom was so small and disgusting. 12
Room26 mentions · 4 filmed
  • We had never paid so much for a hotel room in our lives ( 400 for one night; a bit less for the remaining nights)... Our hotel room was very dated... I've stayed at 3 star hotels that were nicer. 12
  • The wallpaper was peeling in many places and the woodwork was banged up and a mess throughout the hotel. Our room: the comforter on the bed had a giant (coffee we think) stain at the top where you have the covers by your face. 12
  • The air in the room barely worked. Thermostat set to 67 and air wasn't coming on so the room was warm at best. 12
  • The room was so old. It smelled so old when we walked in. 12
  • Plus with the extra large room, our family had plenty of space to spread out. 8
  • Newly built building, well guess what? You guessed correct NO AC!!!! The room was very stuffy! 12
  • First night after 5hr flight someone's blonde hair on headboard, lamp shade, room smelled horrible, like so oh as been in there. 12
  • The handicapped room was so small my wheelchair could only go in bathroom, where they have slick tile on the floors... 12
  • The walls was dirty. Had to ask for clean sheets. The bed sheets was not changed. 12
  • The spaciousness of the rooms (living room, separate bedroom) are what enable Embassy Suites to stand head-and-shoulders above all of the other major hotel/motel chains. 12
  • this is a room tour of the images suites and centennial park it's a room key green light and here we are beautiful in here it smells amazing as well On camera40:00
  • No thanks. We chose to stay in a room with a king bed. The bed was not a king bed. When we went to report this to the front desk, the person said that is Hilton's definition of a king bed. 12
  • We went in and got checked in. We went to our room and went inside, can't believe how clean the room is, even our bed sheets and pillows is clean. 12
  • What I thought I paid for and asked for was a Balcony Ocean View 2 room suite. What I got was a patio, no ocean view but view of noisy patio. 12
  • A room with 2 Queen beds, does not allow for anyone to walk around the bed to get into them, the beds are so close to the walls, you can't get through. 12
  • The agents at the front desk has no personality, the rooms are old and run down. 12
  • I had food in the room from a previous guest and a broken chair in the room. The pullout bed had stains and I called down for a blanket and never received it. 12
  • My night stand in my room was being held up because it was against the wall. Couldn't wait to check out. 12
  • When I tell you it was a double disaster. We got to our room same thing. Carpet was stink and wet, no air circulation. 12
  • The sofa bed was a torture device, reminiscent of the 1960s, and it may have been that old. 12
  • Obviously, we're going to get a king. This room is pretty stripped down. It's pretty basic. We did pay for the room with points. So, it was about 40,000 points for us to stay the night here. On camera111:04
  • The TV should be able to swivel towards the sofa area or bed area. We enjoyed our dinner in the Christmas decorated Speak Easy Room. Beautifully decorated! 12
  • Room 646, the Embassy Suites, Downtown Atlanta, Centennial Park. What do you think about it, Kaden? It's pretty good. It's a nice room. Smells good. On camera22:16
  • But this one, even with the windows closed and everything, was really noisy. Also, it felt like the room was made for one person because there were no plugs on both sides of the bed. On camera1114:03
  • The room itself was in poor condition. The room had a horrible smell, dirty clothes from the previous guest, dog poop all around the balcony door. 12
  • The good things: the Cuisinart coffee machine in the room worked perfectly. 12
Food13 mentions · 1 filmed

  • If it wasn't for the BREAKFAST (being big on breakfast), we would have left. 12
  • this is the chicken sausage it's like super dry but you know hotel buffet food really peppery okay jerky On camera52:03
  • and then last but not least mr grits another classic southern breakfast dish i didn't put salt or pepper in it so it's just like really bland but i'm sure if you did salt and pepper this would be really good 5
  • Breakfast had little to be desired... Will never go to another Embassy Suites, they used to be my favorite go to. 12
  • the breakfast, was cold, there were flies all over the place. 12
  • Considering breakfast was at a Ruth's Chris Steak House, the breakfast was no better than what we had at a Hampton Inn the night before. I would have really liked to see the breakfast have more creative options. 8
  • We stacked them 3 high and they still went flat. This was not the typical Embassy breakfast. It was subpar at best. 12
  • As part of your stay at the Embassy Suites Atlanta, you get access to cooked-to-order breakfast at the onsite Ruth's Chris Steak House. This is the one aspect that I anticipated a great breakfast and was rather disappointed. 8
  • Guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, including wine, beer, and alcohol, as well as light snacks. This was a perfect way to keep our kids fulfilled with light, healthy snacks until dinner. 8
  • The breakfast was no good either. 12
  • The only plus is the breakfast and the evening reception which were both very good. 12
  • The only reason I gave the hotel 2 stars is that their breakfast buffet was good; however, my husband came down with stomach flu a day later, so again, cleanliness is an issue. 12
